Job boosts, featured listings, and subscriptions are non-refundable once the feature is activated and the listing is published.
Failed transactions
If a payment is debited but the feature isn't activated, contact support within 7 days and we'll resolve or refund within 7–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until expiry.
